About ePPM

I’m devoted to the pursuit of excellence by design.  Design is the ultimate human activity.  It is at the center of what makes us different.  It is a completely human trait.  And yet, we fail to use design to improve our work environment.  Organizations have actually degraded as places where people want to go to be productive.  They have become places where we must go just to survive.

It’s a shame because through deliberate, systematic design we could transform organizational life.  But we need to become more aware why organizations function as they do.  We need to begin to understand what the current design looks like and how to affect it for the better.
